	A. Merkel having IC 300 MINS class April 24 &25 starting a 8:00 am Sat 
           Time on Sunday depending how for the class get on Sat.

	B. Jim Ned having a Rabies clinic on April 4th at the station 10 am-2 pm.

VI. Old Business:

	A. By-laws revised to start meetings from 7:30pm to 7:00pm.

	B. Meeting posted 60 days for upcoming meeting on BCFFA home web page.

	C. Having meetings at the Host town or station

VII. New Business:

	A. Tower cost up some

	B. Big Country repeater-discussed upgrade in the future

	C. See if BCFFA web can send out reminder of meetings

	D. Having the By-laws to be placed on BFFCA web page

	E. Do we want to see if BCFFA might want to join Ambler Bingo Organization?
	   Few people against joining.

	F. Committee to work on distribution benefit money

	g. Depts. who would be able to help do the benefit at KTAB for BCFFA:
	     Scheduled for Jan 28, 2009	then rescheduled for Feb 4, 2009 due 
             to the weather.
